All of these butterflies on this page were taken under unusual circumstances. the two top an the one bottom butterfly are pictures of the same one. I found her unable to fly one day while on a hike, and decided to use the opportunity given to me. The blue one just above was found in the same condition, but in a parking lot. And the Swallowtail I was able to fall upon right after it had hatched from it's cocoon.
